Mobile Games Monetizing – Trends and Strategies You Must Know

Wonder what has made this game app so huge? Well, the statistics clearly depict the inclination of more than millions of people towards mobile gaming. And, if you already have a mobile game app or want to launch one soon, it will definitely give you good returns. But, there is a rule book for everything and so, for creating profitable mobile gaming apps.

Know your target – There are millions of game apps available that can be downloaded for free. If you have the plan to launch your game, then the first step to develop a game is to know your audience. Study and understand their needs and interest. A good mobile app development company, does a detailed research, before starting with the development process.

Online Community – Get social, because the audiences are social. They want to exchange their experiences, scores with friends and also with other users across the world. Thus, offer your users a multichannel gaming experience to spike their engagement levels.

In-app purchases – Anything for free attract customers always. People are not willing to spend money to download games when, there are so many free games available. As a solution to this, you can include In-app purchase offer. Once, the user is engaged with the game, he wouldn’t mind to make a purchase while playing. Also, you may offer the users with incentives that will support in persuading them to make a purchase. This, is a good medium to earn revenue, which can be more than the revenue through downloads.

Mobile Ads – If you know how to rightly pitch your user, mobile ads form a potential medium to earn profits. Native ads are the way to go, avoid banner ads that are non- appealing. Be sure that the ad format is synchronized with the mobile app design.

User behavior and technology varies with every mobile operating system. Create your monetizing strategy, after studying the behavior patterns and only after learning the technique of the operating system. The smartphone market is a complex one, and along with it, is a tough competition in the market that overwhelms the developers to follow the right monetizing strategy. The big companies are indulging in mobility solutions and if an effective strategy is followed, a lot of revenue can be generated through this medium.

Also, Mobile game analytics are significant to understand how the users are approaching the game and to calculate the changes that are needed to make, to achieve mass downloads by providing an exciting gaming experience.

3 Fun Games To Play With Your Yorkie Puppy

Yorkshire Terriers are extremely playful – they love to run around and chase things. They have a lot of energy which owners should learn how to put to good use. Games, whether indoor or outdoor, are an excellent way to keep your pet entertained at the same time insert some training lessons. Remember, dogs learn basic commands best when they’re trained young!

Here are 3 fun games you could play with your Yorkshire Terrier:

Hide and Seek

This is an excellent game to play with your pup that also teaches him the “Come” command. Play this game in a confined, safe space in your home or better yet, outside in your yard. Play with your pet for a few minutes then wait for a moment when he becomes distracted. Hide behind a sofa (or a bush when outside). Peek and wait until he realizes that you’re gone and naturally he will come looking for you as Yorkies tend to become clingy and affectionate of their owners. When he gets close to your hiding spot, shout “Come!” – which will teach him to go to you wherever you are.

Find Your Toy

All you need for this game is your pet’s favorite toy. Start by sitting in front of him in a room, waving his favorite toy saying “Where’s your toy?”. As he looks at the toy in your hand, let him take it several times and play with it for a few minutes. Then take him out of the room, hide the toy partially and let him find it. Again, ask “Where’s your toy?”. Once he finds it, take him out of the room again but this time hid the toy fully. Ask the question again and let your pet sniff the room until he finds his toy. When this game is successful, the toy can be an excellent teaching aid for training sessions.

Catch-Me

This is a game/training technique that also teaches the “Come” command. It requires two people sitting across each other in a room about six to eight feet apart, with one holding the Yorkie and the other one holding a treat. The one holding the treat should shout “Come!” in a happy voice, giving the treat as the pup comes running. This teaches your pet to come to you even when he’s enjoying playing with other people.

Try these fun games with your Yorkshire Terrier which will also be a learning process for him!

Road Trip Games – Fun Games to Play For Long Car Rides

So you’ve bought a nice car and love driving it but when you’re going on a long journey it can become quite boring, especially when you’re driving on a motorway.

Most of these games will be for the benefit of the passengers and not for the driver, as he or she has to concentrate on keeping control of the car. But with your friends or family being kept entertained it is one less worry for the driver.

Here are some of my favorite games for a long road trip.

Counting Animal Life

This is mainly for the kids. Whenever they see an animal such as a sheep, cow or horse they can mark it on a score sheet.

You can make it more interesting by asking them to say something about that animal when they spot it. For example when they see a cow, they might say it’s where milk comes from.

Doing just this will be too simple apart from the very young children but you can change it so they can only mark down and talk about particular types of animals such as birds.

Spot the License Plates

This game is something everyone can play. You’ll first of all need to make a list of all the areas in your country that have different license plates. For example if you live in the US then the list would include Arizona, Maine, Iowa, Texas etc.

Each person has a turn and when they see a license plate for an area of the country that hasn’t been found yet, they will mark it down and get a point. It’s a good idea to have a time limit, so if they can’t find a new type of plate within the given time then they will have to pass onto the next person and they will not receive a point.

The Unknown Star

This is one of the games where the driver can actually take part, as long as they obviously keep their eyes and mind on the road.

Someone will think of a famous film or TV star. The other people in the car take turns to ask one question about the star. The person who knows the star has to answer yes or no.

For example someone might think of Robert De Niro. Someone else might ask “Has the star won an Oscar?” The person would answer yes.

From these yes or no answers, the players can start to build some best guesses to whom the star is.

When someone thinks they know the answer, they can say but if they’re wrong then they’re booted out of that particular game.

You can also use the same idea for other games such as thinking of films or types of cars.
